How listing works

The flow

• You sign in with a confirmed email address, then paste your product’s address or type the details yourself.
• If you paste an address we fetch the public page to pre-fill a draft. You then edit every field. What gets published is what you wrote, not what we extracted. Optional, AI-assisted writing help is available for rewriting your own tagline or description — you choose whether to accept a suggestion.
• You confirm you are authorised to submit it.
• A moderator reviews it before it appears.
• Once published, you can edit it whenever you like. A change goes back to a moderator, and the listing is hidden until the new version is approved.

What the authorisation checkbox means

It records a statement you are making: that you are authorised to submit this product. It is not proof of ownership, it is not verified, and it transfers no rights. What it does is make sure Compasyn never created the ambiguity — every listing here exists because a named account said they were entitled to create it.

The exact wording you agreed to is stored with your submission, versioned, so a later change to the wording never rewrites what you actually agreed.

Your claims are yours

You are responsible for what you state about your product. A moderator reviews your submission against Compasyn’s listing requirements before it is published; that review decides whether it can be listed and is not a fact-check of every claim in it. Compasyn does not test products. A specific claim may be looked into if there is a reason to — a report, contradictory evidence or a dispute, for example.

If someone lists a product that is not theirs

Report it. Tell us who you are and how you are connected to the product. A person reviews it. If the submission was not authorised, the listing comes down.
